By purchasing online or booking a tee time, you agree to the policies below.


Hours of Operation

Hours vary by season and weather. Golf, grass driving range, minigolf and clubhouse services may be adjusted due to frost delays, rain, lightning, extreme heat/cold, staffing, maintenance, outings, or course conditions.

Winter Hours
The golf course is open when course conditions allow (generally when there is no snow cover and temperatures are 45°+). Office hours vary—please call to schedule an appointment.

The simulators are open from 9a-10p Monday – Saturday and 11a-4p on Sundays. The Toptracer has similar hours unless there has been a recent snow event that requires us to close down until the snow has been removed. If you’re able to book online, it is open.

Spring/Fall Hours
We open based on daylight and course conditions. First and last tee times vary by season.

Summer Hours
Weekend opening: 5:30a
Weekday opening: 6:30a


Online Tee Time Booking Policies

Pairing Policy

To keep play moving, we may pair groups into foursomes during busy times. Booking a tee time does not guarantee a private tee time.

Arrival & Check-In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tee time to check in and get to the tee on time. Late arrival may result in reduced holes played or loss of your time if it impacts the tee sheet.

Cancellations & Changes

Tee times may be canceled or adjusted up to 1 hour before the scheduled tee time (online or by phone). Cancellations inside 1 hour are considered late cancellations and may be subject to a fee.

No-Shows & Short-Shows

To protect the tee sheet and pace of play, we enforce a $20 per golfer fee for:

  • No-show: a player does not arrive/check in for their reserved tee time.

  • Short-show: fewer players arrive than were booked (for example, booking 4 and only 2 show).

This fee applies when cancellations/changes are not made at least 1 hour in advance. Fees are charged to the payment method on file (or collected at check-in when applicable). Repeated no-shows may result in loss of online booking privileges.

Group Size & Tee Time Etiquette

Please book the correct number of players. If your group size changes, notify the golf shop as soon as possible. Singles and twosomes should expect to be paired.


Pace of Play Standards

Toad Valley is a busy course. Maintaining pace is required.

  • Players are expected to keep up with the group in front of them.

  • Target pace: 2 hours 15 minutes per 9 holes (about 4 hours 30 minutes for 18).

  • If your group falls behind, staff may ask you to:

    • play “ready golf,”

    • pick up and move forward,

    • allow faster groups to play through, and/or

    • skip a hole to regain position.

Newer golfers are welcome—if your group is learning, consider a scramble/best shot format during busy times.


Cart Rental Policies

  • Cart fees are charged per seat/per golfer.

  • To rent/drive a cart you must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

  • Guests assume responsibility for the cart while in their possession, including damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow course rules.

  • Carts must remain on cart paths where posted, follow all signage, and are subject to weather restrictions (including “cart path only” days).


Driving Range Policies

The driving range may close temporarily due to maintenance, weather, or staffing.

Weekly Maintenance: The driving range is closed Tuesday mornings for mowing.


Weather, Course Conditions & Rain Checks

Inclement Weather

Rain checks are issued for weather interruptions such as rain or lightning. Rain checks are not issued for darkness.

Prorated Rain Checks

Rain checks are prorated based on holes completed. When applicable, the course GPS or staff verification may be used to confirm play.

Twilight/Special Rates

No rain checks are issued for Super-Twilight tee times.

Closures

If the course closes for safety or conditions, staff will provide guidance on rain checks, rescheduling, or other options based on the situation.


Returns & Online Purchases

Refund Timing

Once a return is received or a valid refund request is approved, refunds are processed within 30 days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible. If not possible, a check may be issued to the billing name/address. PayPal orders are refunded to the PayPal account.

Physical Product Returns

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging (when applicable).

  • Original receipt is required; otherwise, store credit may be issued.

  • Return shipping (if applicable) is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error occurred.

Online Products / Passes / Memberships

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Certain items may be non-refundable once used/redeemed (e.g., redeemed rounds, used credits, booked/reserved benefits).

  • Canceling a season pass or membership means giving up access to included benefits and privileges.
