Put your golf bay into overdrive! Our new driving range uses Toptracer technology for a fun event zone.
Located near our main clubhouse, it provides great views and a covered outside patio.
Need a room with all of the amentities? The Events Center has a stage, dance floor, SmartTVs and Wifi.
Pricing includes event set up & tear down and linens on the tables where applicable. All beverages must be purchased through Toad Valley.
With multiple venue options, we have something that fits all different sizes of groups. For capacity and location of each room, put your cursor over the name of the room for more details.

If a portion of your event time falls into a higher tier, you’ll be charged the higher rate. Private event bartender is an additional $50/hour. There is always a bartender on staff in the main clubhouse that can be used free of charge.
Room rental includes one hour of set up and 30 minutes of clean up. If additional time is needed, please work with the Event Coordinator. Both rooms have refrigeration available.
We get it. Everyone has a favorite caterer. You can use an outside caterer, however, they must be licensed and insured. We know that Aunt Betty makes a mean pasta salad, but she can’t bring it to your event at Toad. It is for the safety of your guests that food is prepared off site and in a licensed kitchen.

When using your own caterer, you’re in charge of bringing napkins, plates, & silverware. If you plan to use the Minigolf Party Room, Clubhouse or Flight Zone, then Toad Valley’s catering is required.

We believe that great food is a swingin’ part of any memorable event. Our culinary team puts in the effort to ensure that every bite is a hole-in-one, making your experience on and off the course truly exceptional.
If you’re looking to play regular golf, then fill out a form on our golf outing page. We encourage parties to play in a 2 or 4 person best shot format to help pace of play. Those golfers who are sporting steel shaft clubs from 1983 need all of the help they can get.
The Flight Zone is an upgraded Toptracer Driving Range experience with relaxing lounge furniture behind each of our ten bays. Players can cheer each other on at any of our ten bays. Perfect for golfers and non-golfers alike. Each bay can have a different game or you can use the same game for all of them and have a competition set up.

Our Golfzon indoor simulators have moving swing plates that mimic an actual golf course. We have two bays available. They can be set up with different games to attract golfers and non-golfers. There is an arcade feature that includes a dart game and a block game. Perfect for those who are lacking in golf skills.

The miniature golf is a great way to make memories. It is a fun and relaxing environment for all skill levels. We encourage you to create some table tents that let guests know they can play.
