Toad Valley Golf Course is a full-service golf facility. From the standard outing packages which include green fees, cart fees, and professional services to the great food from our Lakewood Grill, we will address all your needs.

Shotguns

We are thrilled to offer shotgun arrangements every day of the week. To make this happen, we require a minimum of 40 participants. On the weekends, we charge an extra fee for shotgun arrangements that occur after 9:00 a.m.

Worried that your volunteers will be bored? We have you covered with options to keep them entertained. There’s a great deck for our guests to chill out on or even enjoy a fun game of miniature golf, hit the indoor simulators or Toptracer bays while waiting for the golfers to come back in.

Prizes

Looking for prizes? No worries, we’ve got you covered!

We’d love to help bring your pin events to life with our endless options for games and prizes – the sky’s the limit! Think outside the box to make sure everyone has a great time.

And, just for you, we offer one free round for every twelve players – it’s our way of saying thank you for choosing us! Use it for prizes or reward yourself!

On top of that, we can brainstorm ways to raise additional funds to make your event even more successful!

Have you heard about our 50/50 split hole? It’s a fun way to engage golfers and make money for your cause. You keep 100% of the proceeds and if the golfer hits the ball on the green, they get a free round of golf – it’s a win-win for everyone!

Marketing

Each golf outing at our facility is provided a complimentary website which you can use to market your events. It comes equipped to take payments and registrants for the event.

If your event is open the public, then Toad Valley will also post all of your tournament information on our website to help you get more golfers in your outing.  HERE is our Tournament Page.

Sponsors

Are you looking for ways that you can appeal to more sponsors? Toad Valley has several great ways to help you gain more sponsors for your tournament.

When you’re trying to raise money, sponsorship is the most important feature. In addition to selling tee sign sponsors, you can also hang banners along our deck, feature logos in the cart signs, plus your sponsor can include a logo that appears before a certain hole on our app!
