I’m so happy you dropped by to check out our little slice of the internet. It’s where we show you around our place, so picture me swooping my arms about. I’m not Italian, but I definitely speak with my hands!
We’re a family owned and operated business, so you’ll find that we go over and above your expectations.

You’ll also find a video introduction further down the page which will highlight some of our best features. It’s kind of like us showing off our awesome new shoes we just bought.
When you’re planning your wedding, you’ll find that matching personalities is just as important as finding the overall look you’ll love. We are going to be spending several long days together as well as planning dates in the next six to twelve months. Don’t be shy! Tell me your vision! Having been married for 20 years, I can tell you, though, that the truly perfect wedding day is marrying the person who makes you laugh and sticks with you.

LET’S TALK CEREMONY
|We hold ceremonies both inside our Events Center and outside at our Ceremony Site.
There are several ceremony packages. Those prices include a wedding coordination on the day of and rehearsal, bridal suite with attached bathroom that can be used to get ready, a family room where the groom and family members can hang out, and guest book table or unity ceremony tables covered with linens.
The family room has a TV and works great as a holding place during pictures. Our coordinator will make sure your wedding party is lined up and everything goes off without a hitch.
If you’d like to hold a rehearsal, then there is an additional fee. That fee is waived if you choose to have your rehearsal dinner at the golf course.
Indoor ceremonies are held on the dance floor. We do not set the head table, nor do we set the tables with silverware, napkins and water glasses. Guests sit at their tables, while reserved tables are removed and the chairs for the family members create an aisle for the wedding party to use. Once the ceremony is over, guests are dismissed and we take about 15 minutes to prepare the room for the reception.
|Toad Valley is the perfect place to have a little fun before the big day! The room rental is only $50 per hour when you use one of our preferred caterers.
If you have your reception at the golf course, the rehearsal dinner is held in a completely different building, so it isn’t like you are in the same space two nights in a row.
Thanks so much for everything you did for our wedding. It turned out to be such a GREAT day, with much thanks to you taking care of everything that we never would have thought of. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of which made it that much more enjoyable. We truly appreciate it all!

My daughter’s wedding reception was even better than I imagined: wonderful food, exquiit service, delightful venue.
The pork chops were huge (but I ate all of mine) and I really enjoyed the green bean dish. It was so relaxing, especially on such a warm day, to have tea and water refills on hand before we even thought to request them. Every request- from moving the gift table to the possibility of holding two plates for late arriving guests to the maybe-not-so-reasonable-one about leaving glasses on the table longer – was met with pleasant grace. You made it so easy to relax and focus on enjoying the occasion. Our space felt celebratory; having the wall of windows all along the south, overlooking lots of green was espeically uplifting. It was clear that the ready access to continguous inside and outside space was appreciated by guests. All night long, I saw smiles and heard laughter.
My original concern that two other simultaneous events were scheduled was unnecessary. Noise was not an issue. Parking was not an issue.
You are truly amazing hosts. Thank you, thank you, for providing the space to truly celebrate Michelle and Matthew’s wedding.

|No matter which caterer you select, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased at Toad Valley.
Basically, you set the rules and the budget.
You can change your mind that night by adding additional funds or telling that you’re ready for it to be strictly cash bar. Look at the time and make the right decision for you.
Not the drinking family? No problem. There are no minimums.
Decisions don’t need to be made under our final meeting three weeks before your big day. You have plenty of time to beg dad for more money or decide to lessen the bar based on your attending guest count.
